Are Microbial and Enzyme cleaners the same?

  1. No, they are not the same. While enzymes can be found in plants and other natural items, most enzymes used in enzyme based cleaners are man made, even though they are often sold as being a more ‘natural, ecological’ choice.
    Enzymes work in a similar manner to the cleaners we are used to cleaning only the surface. Microbial products like URE-OUT, OIL-OUT and BIO-NIC SNIPE contain specific microorganisms which eat organic waste! They provide a very distinct advantage in that they continue to produce enzymes to break down a wide variety of contaminants. The microbes in the product seek out, consume and recycle the waste as water and carbon dioxide. This totally removes the organic stain or odour you are trying to get rid of. 

Are your microbial cleaners safe to use around children and pets?

Yes, our microbial cleaners are formulated to be safe for use around children and animals. They utilize natural and environmentally friendly microbes to eliminate germs without any harsh chemicals that could hurt your loved ones.

How do microbial cleaners work?

Microbial cleaners process their food similar to how we do. URE-OUT, OIL-OUT and BIO-NIC SNIPE take advantage of naturally occurring microbes that look for their preferred food source; urine, hydrocarbons and organic matter at a microscopic level, they then digest it through a process called aerobic respiration.
So they seek out, consume and digest the waste providing deep and lasting cleanliness while getting to the root of the problem and eliminating odors permanently. It takes time for the microbes to do their work. When you spray an area with one of our cleaners, they will continue to work for up to 72 hours. Multiple treatments may be required for deeper stains.
